Death Emissary - Death Doula Course
Classes start on October 7th

The first part of the course is a personal journey, blending aspects of animistic, shamanic, paganistic, and magical practices in an effective way for real results and deep growth. Using proven techniques and tools so you can learn to navigate your inner Self, the world of Spirits, and have your own experiences with the Unseen.
Providing you with you the tools and frameworks to guide you through:
- Developing your psychic senses (your Soul senses)
- Taking you through the practices of trance, channeling, and Spirit Walking
- Connecting you with your Ancestral Soul, unlocking its knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Teaching you how to forge deep connections and clear communication with Spirits, Guides, and Deities that can help you along your journey
- Effective shadow work for self-empowerment
- Transformation of the Self and more
The second half of the course takes you through the professional side of a Death Doula.
Embracing the role of a Death Doula, serving as a bridge between the living, the dying, and the dead. Similar to how midwives facilitate the birthing process, we facilitate the Death and Transformation process in all its forms. This section of the Death Emissary course approaches the end-of-life journey through Spiritual, Paganistic, Animistic perspectives, providing comprehensive training to serve our growing and aging communities effectively.
Drawing from my own wealth of professional experience as a CCRN, Death Doula, and educator, along with insights rooted in my own experience of the Spirit Realm, I will guide and walk with you as you develop your own path in this work.
The Death-Rebirth pattern at its core is about transformation and transmutation work. That means you can also apply the knowledge and skills acquired in this course to a variety of different fields beyond just traditional Death Doula work, such as:
- Effective Shadow-work and healing
- Life transitions
- Spiritual counseling
- Helping stuck souls to heal and move on
- Paranormal investigation/mediumship
- Working with the Grieving left behind - grief counseling
- Guiding souls in reconciliation - Well Work
- and more
The private discord server not only houses the classes, Q&A recordings, space for participants to connect and share together - but also a host of other resources and learning materials to delve deeper into.
Weekly Classes will be posted on Wednesdays.
Weekly Live discussions and Q&A are held on Sundays at 10am Central Time.
All classes and live discussion will be recorded and uploaded to the discord server so you can go back and listen, or review, as your schedule allows. If you can not make it in person, you can send your questions in ahead of time and they will be addressed in the Live Weekly Q&A.
Materials you will need:
- 2 Journals / notebooks
- Mala: a string of 99-108 knots or beads. You can easily make one yourself or buy one.
- Tarot Deck: I suggest the Dreams of Gaia Tarot deck as it is different from rider-waite and more connected to elements and the Self
- Staff: preferably wood between 2ft and 5ft in length. Blank with nothing carved into it. Best way to acquire in my experience is to take a walk in the woods and find a fallen branch you are drawn to.

About the Instructor
Esa has devoted her life to guiding and healing in both the spiritual and physical realms. She specializes in transformative Death Work, understanding that change begins within. Her spiritual and magical practices reflect this philosophy.
She began her career as a CCRN / educator and Death Doula, spending over 25 years helping both those who were crossing over and their loved ones left behind.
